With more than 17 years of Massage Therapy experience, Jessica incorporates intimate knowledge of the musculoskeletal system with tension relieving modalities including passive stretching and cupping to encourage easy flow of energy through the body and increase relaxation.
Focusing on intentionally creating a safe space for nurturing touch to support the unraveling of tension in the nervous system.

RBM is breathwork training to live intentionally by using the full, conscious, connected breath within a self-paced process to clear subconscious material from the cellular memory, therefore becoming more clear and free physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery is a tool for inner awareness, nervous system regulation, and self mastery.
RBM Breathwork Utilizes a conscious breathing pattern to activate the parasympathetic nervous system in a ventral vagal state of deep restoration and regulation. Toning the vagal nerve with a full, gentle breath increases the emotional capacity by cultivating safety in the nervous system to release energetic block and stored emotions that have been suppressed.
Creating safety in the nervous system to FEEL your feelings - to sit with, hold space for, and process repressed emotions that felt too big, scary, or threatening for an undeveloped nervous system. As an act of survival, the psyche repressed emotions that do not feel safe to express, but the body will hold onto to these stored emotions until they are felt and released.
The basis of RBM is ‘deconditioning + reprogramming’ - clearing your subconscious of the patterns running on autopilot, keeping you in a state of reaction, moving into a more conscious way of intentionally relating from a place of responsive choice.

Combining over 16 years of experience as a massage therapist, herbalist knowledge, yogic philosophy, and RBM Breathwork Facilitator certification, healing is focused on a integrative holistic view of the body to regulate the nervous system and bring a sense of overall peace to the mind, body, and spirit.
Many healing modalities in the holistic scene involve pressure and force to 'uncover' deep seated trauma. This can be not only harmful, but extremely dangerous to retraumatizing the nervous system, when it was typically 'too much, too soon' that caused the trauma in the first place. We take a gentle approach, focused on cultivating safety in the body through nervous system regulation, and building emotional capacity to sit with, be with and acknowledge the feelings that have been suppressed because they felt too big and scary at the time.
We know that everything is energy. While this may have at one time sounded very woo woo and adopted into New Age spiritual ideology, it has been observed scientifically that everything is in fact energy. Every person, plant, animal, emotion has specific energetic frequency. When an emotion (energy in motion) is blocked or suppressed, this gets stored in the body affecting the natural flow of energy.
Using extensive knowledge and experience with the physiological and energetic aspect of the body, we work together to restore the natural flow of energy bringing overall health and wellness through removing blocks, releasing tension, bringing integration and regulation.
