Although I have been in the holistic healthcare realm for over 17 years and continually inspired to traverse the inner journey, the deep dive into navigating mental and emotional health from a more holistic view was spurred from multiple debilitating diagnoses after giving birth to my daughter and struggling with post partum depression, autoimmune issues with Lyme and additional coinfections while riding the waves of single motherhood and mental health battles.

I spent thousands on specialists, experts, medicines, courses, coaches, trainings, therapies, countless hours, tears, and prayers trying to find a solutions that felt supportive and actually worked.

I had been practicing and exploring the holistic healing realm, but the transition into single motherhood while navigating post partum depression and Lyme disease left me feeling hopeless and helpless.
Hours of therapy, thousands of dollars on supplements, retreats, medications, testing, plant ceremonies, diving into breathwork and yoga and journaling, doing all the things, continually showing up for myself and my healing; left me feeling so isolated in my experience of struggle while barely holding on by a thread, trying to hold it all together.

As cliche as it sounds, the answers were really inside me the whole time - I just needed to cultivate the safety to slow down and be still enough to listen.

RBM Breathwork was the missing piece that focused on nervous system regulation and provided deep healing without the force and pressure offered in other spaces. I was able to first acknowledge the lack of safety I felt on a deep level that had caused me to live most of my life from a place of survival, constantly morphing and shaping and searching for who I needed to be to get the love I so deeply desired. My survival responses and coping mechanisms became so deeply rooted as my identity that bringing in a level of inner safety felt so foreign and spurred an unraveling both terrifying and life changing.

The spirals of experience that have unfolded over the past decade have brought me through places of contraction I had never known and through to a space of continued expansion.


Regulating my nervous system and repairing the connection with myself, establishing an identify outside of people pleasing behaviors I had adopted as a survival mechanism and reigniting my spark of joy for life catapulted me into the biggest shifts on my healing journey.

My passion and purpose is to share the knowledge and tools that have helped my experience in hopes of encouraging and inspiring others in the midst of feelings of helplessness that there is hope and that healing is possible!
By offering a safe container for women to reconnect with their inner voice, their inner truth, their innate essence and establish a level of inner safety to express their authenticity.

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery

Utilizes a conscious breathing pattern to activate the parasympathetic nervous system in a ventral vagal state of deep restoration and regulation. Toning the vagal nerve with a full, gentle breath increases the emotional capacity by cultivating safety in the nervous system to release energetic block and stored emotions that have been suppressed.

Creating safety in the nervous system to FEEL your feelings - to sit with, hold space for, and process repressed emotions that felt too big, scary, or threatening for an undeveloped nervous system. As an act of survival, the psyche repressed emotions that do not feel safe to express, but the body will hold onto to these stored emotions until they are felt and released.

The basis of RBM is ‘deconditioning + reprogramming’ - clearing your subconscious of the patterns running on autopilot, keeping you in a state of reaction, moving into a more conscious way of intentionally relating from a place of responsive choice.

We know that everything is energy. While this may have art once sounded very woo woo and adopted into New Age spiritual ideology, it has been observed scientifically that everything is in fact energy. Every person, plant, animal, emotion has specific energetic frequency.

As there are various forms of breathwork, all with varying impact on the nervous system, it is crucial to understand the type of practice you are engaging in and the intended outcome you are seeking.
